    Wire ranking pipeline into feed (dedup + source cooldown + category balance now applied), remove YouTube Shorts, fix obj artifacts in reader/annotated text, add image fallbacks for all feeds, hero-forward cards with contrast (hero never empty), all-hero YouTube view. Removed 12 dead YouTube channels server-side.
